March 21, 2017, Wuhan Jiangan District committee and the district government held a signing ceremony for investment projects. Mr. Liu Meng, Executive president of YRIC, Mao Yonghong, vice chairman of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce as well as other 17 celebrities were hired as Jiangan investment ambassador advisos. 

Main district leaders, such as the District Party Secretary Wang Wei, Mayor Ma Zejiang, attended the meeting and issued Investment Ambassador advisor letters of appointment.

At the meeting, Mr. Liu introduced the global development of Yangtze River International Chamber of Commerce and explained its essential characteristics, such as trust endorsement, objective, accurate and effective. With three year’s help of YRIC, there are more than 30 industrial enterprises have been introduced to Hubei and one major industry fund- the Yangtze River Industrial Fund has been launched. All of the above proved that YRIC has strong ability to aggregate capital, integrate industrial, attract investment globally as well as to serve as a platform. 

Then, Liu Meng proposed to be targeted to select high-qualified projects with the help of YRIC across the world and attract investment throgh setting up matual industrial funds. In addition to that, YRIC could build a eco-chain investment model by industrial integration as well as mergers and acquisitions. Meeting participants and Jiangan District leaders subscribe to this idea.

At the meeting, the standing committee of this district, executive vice mayor Yu Song also introduced the Yangtze River spindle construction concept. Professor Wang Guowen from Wuhan University and Coopers partner Cai Xiaoying from PWC made a speech on the construction of new special zone- Chenjiaji. Investment trust CITIC Pacific also signed investment cooperation agreements.
