On October 10, 2016,  YRIC delegation led by YRIC Global Executive President Mr. Liu Meng and counselor Mr. Liu Yanshen went to Hebei Yanjiao and visited the world's largest vegetable oil manufacturer, one of Chinese enterprise Top 500 Hopefull Grain & Oil Group whose chairman Mr. Shi Kerong and vice president Mr. Gu Guangzhao met with the delegation and had a communication about related cooperation.

After a visit to the world's largest and most advanced 600 thousand tons of edible oil filling workshop, YRIC delegation listened to Mr. Shi Kerong’s introduction on the global development of Hopefull Grain & Oil Group and the construction of "China Wisdom Valley". Then Mr. Liu Meng introduced the global layout of YRIC and the development status of Hubei and he invited Hopefull Grain & Oil Group to invest in Hubei, and hoped to have a deep overseas cooperation. Mr. Shi Kerong highly praised YRIC creating a global platform for business leaders and its strategy of "developing globally, deploying along the Yangtze River” and its mode of "global chambers of commerce group". He expressed his willing to establish a comprehensive and win-win cooperation and develop globally together.

In 1984, Hopefull Grain & Oil Group built China first large-scale oil production line, and its annual soybean processing capacity has went up to 3 million tons within 22 years. Its production capacity of vegetable oil refining plant is No.1 in the world and it has the world's largest oil producing workshop. In addition, the group established trading companies in the United States, Brazil and Argentina, which opened a new journey of private oil enterprise overseas layout. It also established Rong Sike Ocean Shipping Company and became China’s only private oil enterprise which had its fleet. As the pioneer of private enterprises, Hopefull Grain & Oil Group not only has the world's largest oil producing workshop, but also led the development direction of enterprises named the trade and transportation integration. Today, it is stepping forward  the globalization.
