After nearly two months of consultation, on September 26, 2016, Mr. William Franklin, chairman of the British China Investors Club with 5000 entrepreneur members and YRIC Global Executive President Mr. Liu Meng signed a "strategic cooperation agreement” in London  to be incorporated in the British Chamber of Commerce Chamber of the Yangtze River international name of high starting point, and laid a good foundation.

In the agreement, both sides will share members, inform activities and business information to each other; recommend members to each other; jointly hold activities, establish venues in the proper cities in the UK and China in order to carry out the Sino-British entrepreneur business communication, facilitate business cooperation projects; maintain regular communication, contact and reception mechanism, to help each other to develop local market etc.

After signing the contract, Mr. Liu Meng and Mr. William Franklin discussed about the 2017 entrepreneur project exchange activities in China and the UK, and Mr. William Franklin invited YRIC Global Executive President Mr. Liu Meng to participate in the upcoming “China-Uk Medical Equipment and Digital Health Care Investment Conference” held in London. The British YRIC preparatory team and Scotland Fujian Federation President Lu Yunfei, British Sichuanese Association Vice President and Secretary General Sun Xiaoman attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
