Recently, overseas Anti-Japanese War Memorial held a press conference in the San Francisco Bay Area, YRIC Honorary President Mrs. Florence Fang said she planed to set up a Global World War II Memorial Association. Since the first overseas Anti-Japanese War Memorial opened in the China Town of San Francisco on August 15, 2015, people from all over the world visited the memorial, including visitors from more than 30 countries and regions of Asia, Europe, America, Australia and most visitors from Asia are Chinese, Japanese and South Korean.


YRIC Honorary President Mrs. Florence Fang said "We have built an international platform to tell the world about the sacrifices and contributions made by China during World War II and China’s desire for peace." The memorial have extensive exchanges with other World War II Memorials to enhance their international vision and influence while learning.“With the support of people, we have a plan to build a Global World War II Memorial." she said.

In 2015, YRIC Honorary President Mrs. Florence Fang donated a retired aircraft that American Flying Tigers used to assist China in World War II. The C47 / DC3 Flying Rabbit aircraft has been off from Australia to Indonesia after repair, through the Malaysia and Thailand, again flying from Burma to Kunming over the hump flight of Himalaya Range and then staying in Kunming, finally donated to the American Flying Tigers Guilin park.

During the memorial anniversary on September 18, 2016, many greeting cards have been received, and Mrs. Florence Fang introduced three card: American National World War II Memorial Museum curator Mr. Gordon Muller said in a congratulatory letter, "We two memorials have a same story to tell the world the United States and China are anti-fascist allies during World War II; China Anti-Japanese War Memorial curator Li Zongyuan said in the letter, “Your memorial has achieved gratifying results in declaring patriotism in the protection of historical truth and promoting world peace and set up a communication bridge for domestic and foreign war memorials”; San Francisco Jewish Holocaust Center said in the letter: "Both Jewish and Chinese people have experienced the Holocaust during World War II. We should learn from the war and pass to the next generation." In addition, the anniversary of the memorial also included forums and historical review, etc.
