On July 26,2016, London time, YRIC Global Executive President, Yangtze River International Holding Group Chairman Mr. Liu Meng in London met with London Deputy Adjutant of the England queen, Britain's first Chinese mayor and former mayor of London Redbridge City Mr.Chen Deliang. London Deputy Adjutant of the England queen, Britain's first Chinese mayor  Mr.Chen Deliang said he very supported YRIC the global business leaders platform to locate in the UK with the thought that it was the time  for YRIC to locate in the UK for British economic development was being faced with great opportunities. On July 28, 2016, London time, Britain's most famous overseas Chinese leader, President of the London Chinatown Chinese Association, London Chinatown Group President Mr.Deng Zhuting OBE in London Chinatown Chinese City Restaurant, met with and had a communication on the business development and preparation of British YRIC with YRIC Global Executive President, Yangtze River International Holding Group Chairman Mr.Liu Meng and the delegation.

In 1975, Mr. Deng Zhuting with high prestige came to the UK from Hongkong and was one of the five Chinese that the queen awarded the Order of the British Empire Officer (OBE). After listening to Mr. Liu Meng,  Mr. Deng Zhuting said he would do his utmost to support YRIC locating and developing in the UK and mobilize the British Chinese, the Chinese merchandise and British senior political and business resources to support YRIC, and expressed his willing to have common development with YRIC in the UK, and specially support YRIC to create the "British model" adapting to British national conditions and economic development needs. On July 29,2016, London time, British China Investors Club founder Mr. William Franklin in the Chinese Association in the financial city of London, had a communication with YRIC Global Executive President, Yangtze River International Holding Group Chairman Mr.Liu Meng and the delegation. The preparatory group of British YRIC and Scotland Fujian Association President Mr. Yun Fei Lu, British Sichuan Chinese Association Vice President and Secretary General Ms.Sun Xiao Man attended the meeting.

Mr. William Franklin introduced members of the club, operation and recent activities. YRIC has set up seven chambers of commerce in the world.
