On July 26,2016, London time, YRIC Global Executive President, Yangtze River International Holding Group Chairman Mr. Liu Meng in London met with London Deputy Adjutant of the England queen, Britain's first Chinese mayor and former mayor of London Redbridge City Mr.Chen Deliang. The two sides had an exchange and discussion about the establishment of British YRIC with the same name. In the meeting, Mr. Liu Meng said that YRIC is the chamber of commerce with the same name established in the UK and British YRIC will be different from the composition and operation mode of other British Chinese communities. British YRIC is a national non-profit organization established in the UK, and an independent legal entity established by the British mainstream political and business leaders and sponsors of chamber of commerce, composed of senior British local political and business leaders and top clubs, giving a full play to the aggregation and British mainstream social resources and groups, chambers of commerce and business, innovation capital and the integration of resources, and playing a role in the platform of the chamber of commerce, to seize the opportunity to make the British YRIC more international and commercial.

London Deputy Adjutant of the England queen, Britain's first Chinese mayor  Mr.Chen Deliang said he very supported YRIC the global business leaders platform to locate in the UK with the thought that it was the time  for YRIC to locate in the UK for British economic development was being faced with great opportunities. At the same time, Mr.Chen Deliang would mobilize the high-level political and business resources to support British YRIC construction and development.Then he proposed many suggestions for the president of British YRIC, cooperative associations and business organizations and YRIC development strategy in the UK.

It is reported that as the first Chinese mayor of London, Mr. Chen Deliang has been devoted to working in the Chinese community affairs for dozens of years and has served as a member of the British Interior Ministry and Tax Bureau of the Financial Ministry ethnic minorities advisory group of experts, twice elected as councilor and mayor of London Redbridge City which is located in the northeast of London with a population of 24,000 including two thousand Chinese. After leaving the legislative representative of Redbridge District and Administrative Planning Council Development Officer on May 22, 2014 , he was commissioned for the representative of the queen of England on behalf of Redbridge. He will represent the queen and the royal family to take part in local affairs, and over the years he has fight for the rights and interests of Chinese.
