On July 7, 2016, YRIC and Happy Life Group signed a strategic cooperation  memorandum in Markham, Canada and the two sides will make full use of the complementary resources and strategic advantage of powerful combination to promote the deep communication and development of the Chinese and Canada enterprises, especially playing a role of a platform on financial cooperation. The Vice Governor of Hubei Province Mr. Cao Guangjing and Deputy Governor Minister of Canada Ontario Mr. Chen Guozhi and related financial institutions witnessed the signing event.
