On July 7, 2016, Canada time, at Hilton Hotel in Canada Markham, Vice Governor of Hubei Province Mr. Cao Guangjing,the Canadian federal congressman and the China-Canada Parliament President Mr. Tan Geng, the governor representative of Ontario province and deputy provincial minister of the trade department Mr. Chen Guozhi, the commercial counselor of Chinese Consul General in Toronto Mr.Yu Jianwei, President of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Society of Canada  Mr.Wang Biao and YRIC Global Excutive President Mr. Liu Meng unveiled the plaque of the chamber of Commerce, marking the world‘s seventh YRIC with the same name was launched in Canada.

Nearly a hundred people including government Leaders from Canada and China, Canadian congressmen, entrepreneurs and chamber of commerce leaders attended the launch ceremony. The vice governor of Hubei Province Mr.Cao Guangjing made an English speech at the ceremony , introducing the overall situation of Hubei Province and the resources superiority and more than 40 Canadian mainstream media reported the event.
