On the noon of July 6, 2016, New York Time , "welcome China Hubei Province Vice Governor Mr. Cao Guangjing Lunch" was jointly held by the United States Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, YRIC, the Starr Group and New York Branch of Bank of China at the Yale Club of New York City.
