The Hubei Provincial Government Delegation and the Governor of Durango State, Mexico

On the afternoon of July 4th, 2016, Mexico time, at the meeting room of Marriott Hotel in Mexico City, with the introduction of YRIC, Mr. C.P. Jorge Herrera, the current Governor of Durango State, Mexico and Mr. Jose Rosas Aispuro Torres, the elected Governor of Durango State had pragmatic and friendly talks with Hubei Provincial Government delegation which was leaded by Mr. Cao Guangjing, the Vice Governor of Hubei Province who was visiting Mexico. They preliminary reached to establish friendly relations between Durango State and Hubei Province and have economic projects cooperation. And the Vice Governor Mr. Cao Guangjing invited the elected Governor of Durango State to visit Hubei. 

The Meeting

Before the talks begin, 2 Governors Mr. C.P. Jorge Herrera and Mr. Jose Rosas Aispuro Torres had special discussion of cooperation and exchange with YRIC. In the meeting, 2 Governors  respectively thanked YRIC. Then, through the video clip, the Governor of Durango State introduced the unique geographical advantages of Durango State and its rich mineral resources and beautiful natural scenery and invited enterprises from Hubei to invest in Durango. Also, the the Vice Governor Mr. Cao Guangjing introduced the Hubei Province and its resource advantages and specially put forward of urban infrastructure and financial enterprises developing cooperation in Mexico. Finally, proposals of establishing friendly State/Province and visiting Hubei Province has been approved by Durango State Government.

Mr. Lic.Ricardo Navarrete Gomez, the Minister for Economic Development of Durango State Government, and Mr. Lic.Luis Madrazo Bonilla, the representative of Mexico Federal Government Ministry of Economic Affairs to Durango State attended the meeting. Mr. Liu Meipin, the Director General of Finance Office of Hubei Province, Mr. Yin Weizhen, the Director Generalof the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hubei Province, Mr. Wu Jianmin, the Vice President of Hubei Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries attended the meeting. Mr. Liu Meng, the Global Executive President of YRIC and Chairman of Yangtze River International Holding Group, and Mr. Zhou Qiutong, the leader of Mexico YRIC preparatory group and Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Economic Exchanges also attended the meeting.

They are Mr. Deng Hui, the President of Changjiang Securities, Mr. Duan Yindi, the President of Hubei Bank Corporation Limited, Mr. Yu Lei, the Chairman of the Board of TF Securities, Mr. Wang Hanbing, the Chairman of the Board of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt Industry Fund, Mr. Chen Huayuan, the Chairman of the Board of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, Co., Ltd, Mr. Liu Ziming, the Chairman of the Board of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd, Mr. Jiang Zaiqiu, the Chairman of the Board of China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd, Mr. Huang Ping, the Dean of Hubei Institute of Urban Planning and Design, and etc. Mr. Bao Ronglin, the Chairman of the Board of Mexico Eastern Group and President of Mexico Chinese Enterprises Association hosted the meeting.
