On August 28, YRIC Vice President Mr. Cai Mingpo from Cathay Capital Private Equity Fund donated 500,000 euros for founding “Global Private Equity Research Fund”, which is aimed at promoting global private equity fund research and innovation.

Initiated and co-sponsored by Cathay Capital and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), The Fund aims to facilitate trend study, case analysis and risk-return model research in the realm of global private equity. Researches to be conducted in management model, organizational structure and innovation in the new economic backdrop are also within its scope.  This open-end fund provides PE experts of global excellence with research grants and creates a platform for sharing research findings and breakthroughs across the world.
