XUAN ZANG, which Was Programmed by Florence Fang, Honorary President of YRIC, Is Well Received.

XUAN ZANG was associated produced by Ms. Florence Fang, Honorary President of YRIC, co-presented by CICFH,  joint initiator of Yangtze River Economic Zone Industry Fund. Audiences and movie critics praised the movie since it has being released on April 29, 2015. Audiences said it is a sincere movie which is worth seeing. 



XUAN ZANG was released by China Film Group Corporation. The production team and casting is great. It is directed by famous director Huo Jianqi, written by Zou Jingzhi, art directed by Karwai Wong, starring famous actor Huang Xiaoming, and other stars such as Xu Zheng, Purba Rgyal, Luo Jin, Ken Tong, Vivian Dawson, Tan Kai, Andrew Lien, Jiang Chao, Zhao Liang, Che Xiao, Artemis, etc. In order to reproduce the long pilgrimage road more than 1300 years ago, the crew overcome the physical limit under the difficult conditions to filmed it hardly more than 1 year in snow mountain and desert. Besides, to show Ancient India more real, the cast filmed went to Nalanda Monastery sites in India to shoot, and used digital postproduction to reappear the glorious Buddhist sanctuary.

XUAN ZANG, the epic temperament movie, tells the legend of Monk Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty more than 1300 years ago, who went to India for Buddhist Scriptures. The actual filming took more than half a year, to reappear the pilgrimage of Xuan Zang and the great journey which was fulled with the glory of human nature. Tang Zhenguan period, young Xuanzang Stole into abroad for Buddhist Scriptures. He met lots difficulties and known hardships of the people. Although Xuanzang was contained by soldiers, betrayed by his apprentice, buried by sand sea and out of foods, he concentrated on Buddhist Scriptures, and finally arrived at India. In India, he carried forward good thoughts and studied Buddhist Scriptures. When he had a successful debate at Kumbh Mela and came back to China, he was already in his fifties. XUAN ZANG reached a new level both on production and artistic expression.
