From April 8th to 9th, 2016, the Transformation and Upgrading Innovation Conference of National Association of Chamber of Commerce was held at Dongguan, Guangdong by Service Work Committee of National Association of Chamber of Commerce and Alliance of National Association of Chamber of Commerce. There were more than 300 people included YRIC, alliance members, presidents of association of chamber of commerce, secretary-generals, association of chamber of commerce experts and scholars, and entrepreneurs who attended the meeting.

Mr. Liu Meng, Executive President of YRIC, Mr. Wang Gang, Vice Executive Chairman of Service Work Committee of National Association of Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President of Alliance of National Association of Chamber of Commerce, and other guests gave some wonderful keynote speeches. Executive President Liu Meng proposed the Chamber of Commerce Group model in the speech, which provided the theoretical guide and example. It was widely approved in the conference.

The conference divided into two parts of experts sharing and launching ceremony and billions of project cooperating signing ceremony. The conference discussed the transformation and upgrading of traditional chamber of commerce, talents introduction and cultivation of chamber of commerce, the development model of supporting the chamber of commerce by business, good projects searching, projects financing and other issues. Meanwhile, at the billions of project cooperating signing ceremony, the billions of project went up on the stage, and showed the attraction.
